In keeping with the agency’s community-minded spirit, MV Community Services donates 20% of annual net proceeds to other Island non-profits that benefit youth and seniors through the Martha’s Vineyard Community Services Driving the Future Charitable Fund, a collaborative effort between MV Community Services and the Permanent Endowment for Martha’s Vineyard. Grants from this fund are used to support education and health and human services for youth and seniors on Martha’s Vineyard.

For the 2019 grant cycle, the Driving the Future Fund will be included as a new Community Impact grant, which can fund larger projects up to $25K. Organizations interested in applying for the Driving the Future Charitable Fund grant can visit the Permanent Endowment for Martha’s Vineyard website and fill out a grant application. All 2019 grant applications must be submitted on-line by midnight, September 22, 2019.

Congratulations to the 2018 Permanent Endowment Driving the Future Charitable Fund grant recipients!
